MSN ISP is one of the leading ISPs available in the industry. They have a very large number of access numbers, but with this brand name presence and easy access comes a premium price. At $9.95 per month for their dial-up package, MSN is one of the most expensive plans available today. They also offer HiSpeed dial-up at $21.95/month (also quite expensive), and HiSpeed cable at $29.95/month.
Trial Period
If you order MSN's Dial-up package, you can receive one month free. This is more than enough time to tell if MSN is the right ISP for you.
Setup
Installation is done from an MSN CD, which you can order online or by contacting MSN directly. We have had some feedback that the setup can be difficult, as most providers these days use downloadable software programs to distribute their products.
Access Numbers
MSN has access numbers in the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico, making it one of the most widely-spread ISPs in the industry.

MSN offers free support through e-mail and - if you can find it - on their website. Toll-free support is also available if you can find the number.
Computer Skills Required
MSN provides you with a disk that has all the specifics needed to start using their product. Users with little technical knowledge or computer expertise can use MSN.
Email Addresses
MSN ISP offers 1 primary e-mail account and 10 secondary e-mail addresses. Although this is not as good as some other ISPs, it is better than the standard of 1-2 accounts.
Cancellation
There are no cancellation problems with MSN. You will receive no penalty for canceling your account, unless you are under contract, and the process is relatively simple to follow.
